You will be intensely involved in supporting the SAP systems and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in analysing and resolving the requests and incidents within agreed SLA and with quality. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required 12 years of Experience in Implementation & Support of SAP Success Factors Comp and Variable Pay with client facing roles. Resource needs to be at Nashville, TN location with 4 days in office at Brentwood, TN. Certified in Comp and Variable pay with more than 8 years of experience at lead Variable Pay Should have hands-on configuration and functional expertise Should have completed 5 to 6 implementations on these modules including lead Consultant level Should be able the lead the workshop, document the design and get a solution buy-in Should have good understanding of comp and Variable Pay flows across EC, payroll and PMGM Should have up to date knowledge on the latest automatic and customer configuration features and functionalities Should have excellent Interpersonal Skills Preferred: Worked in multicultural international environment across several geographies.
