Consulting skills JD: Business Requirement Documentation Liaison with Other teams Co- ordination with Offshore Teams Fit Gap, Solutioning, Design Take lead on the Business/solution discussions Mile Stone Testing Should be knowledgeable enough to manage Client/Business discussion, Testing alone on need basis Cutover, Conversions, Go Live and Production Support Able to visualize the dependencies and identify risk and be able to identify the mitigation actions.
