The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development focusing on React and Node.js. While we utilize the MERN framework, familiarity with PostgreSQL is essential as it will be our primary database solution, rather than MongoDB. What you need to be successful in this job: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of MERN stack experience is required Previous experience in AWS cloud infrastructure is desired Proven experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in React and Node.js. Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming. Familiarity with PostgreSQL and experience in designing and optimizing SQL queries. Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git. Experience interacting with the offshore development team is nice to have Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
