The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, software development, and quality assurance within financial or banking systems, ensuring the delivery of robust and secure applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of SDETs, ensuring high-quality testing across banking applications. Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks tailored to banking domain requirements. Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to define test strategies and plans specific to financial systems. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable releases. Validate compliance with banking industry regulations and security standards. Identify and document software defects, ensuring prompt resolution in collaboration with developers. Provide insights and guidance on improving test architecture, focusing on scalability and reliability. Qualifications: Extensive experience in the banking domain with a deep understanding of financial systems and workflows. Proven experience in a leadership role within QA or software testing teams. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#. Expertise in test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of banking compliance and security standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in performance and security testing is a plus.
