Design ServiceNow CMDB solutions that maintain CMDB integrity and effectively support other ITSM processes. Design, implement, and manage asset, vulnerability, and Discovery integrations with other systems. Hands-on with implementing CMDB, and CSDM, in ServiceNow Understand best practices and determine optimized procedures for updating CI data, including automated processes and discovery tools/integrations with other data sources. Good understanding of developing plans, design execution, and deployment of ServiceNow Discovery. Excellent in documentation such as test plans, test cases for UAT testing, process & technical documentation. Etc. In-depth knowledge of data modeling. Experience in integrations of Discovery with the ServiceNow CMDB. Experienced in implementing ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt, and Orchestration use cases. Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations Good to have Experience Worked on CSM, ITAM, ITOM Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing understanding of the latest ServiceNow features. Academic and Professional Experience Professional - 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow required 8+ years of experience with the IT Industry required Academics - Certified System Admin CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS HAM ITIL4 Foundations certification is preferred. Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
