Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines for deployment and monitoring of models in production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Lead efforts to streamline and automate the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models through MLOps best practices. Establish and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for ML models, ensuring smooth updates and scalability in production environments. Ensure robust version control, model testing, and performance monitoring for deployed models. Work on NLP models to solve real-world problems such as text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, language generation, and more. Develop and deploy NLP-based applications using state-of-the-art techniques such as transformers (e.g., BERT, GPT) to extract meaningful insights from unstructured data. Lead Generative AI projects focusing on text, image, or other types of content generation. Apply innovative techniques in deep learning and GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) to create and deploy generative models for various business use cases. Contribute to R&D for building novel generative AI applications that create business value and enhance product offerings. Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business teams to ensure the successful integration of AI/ML models into existing workflows and systems. Regularly communicate project status, insights, and technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and learning. Required Qualifications: Overall Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in the software or data science domain, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and 1+ year of experience in NLP. Expertise in Data Science & Machine Learning: Strong knowledge and experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models in real-world production environments. Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Experience implementing MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, model monitoring, and automated retraining. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and tools for deploying machine learning models at scale. Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing techniques, including but not limited to text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and language modeling. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Generative AI, including techniques like GANs or other generative models. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for deploying and managing model infrastructure.
