Working closely with technical team to ensure delivery of the designed solution from development to testing to cutover and support. Preferred to have additional language skills - Mandarin, Taiwanese, or Vietnamese . Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field Technical understanding of enterprise software and especially integration technologies such as EDI, API, Web-services, FTP, web portals Deep understanding of supply chain processes in the electronics industry - design, manufacturing, logistics, reverse flow Experience in cross-functional portfolio and global program / project management and delivery to the level that they can set standards, propose policy, and coach others Ideal qualifications: Ability to align both business and technical teams and build trust among these teams Superb communication and presentation skills Proven ability to make and build internal and external relationships Demonstrated talent to personally deliver large-scale initiatives under pressure with high levels of complexity and ambiguity Passionate about manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics and driven to bring innovative solutions to challenging global supply chain collaboration models.
