Job Description: Job Title: IT Project Manager Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months About the Role: Must have worked for higher education before (preference is a UC college) Experience managing cybersecurity and/or infrastructure projects 7+ years of PM experience Must have CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Job Requirements: Seeking a seasoned senior project manager with 7+ years of solid project management experience for UCOP IT projects spanning multiple systems & technologies including infrastructure, Security, and Oracle Financials. The ideal candidate must have demonstrable skills delivering projects in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners. Bachelor's degree in relevant field (IT, IS, Computer Science, etc.) Minimum 8 years of experience in project management Required Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) Highly advanced skills associated with end-to-end PMLC for programs/projects of large -scale scope. Demonstrated project leadership, reporting and management skills. Demonstrated effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to present/communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization. Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team. Able to deliver projects timely within budget and defined scope. Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills with a 'can do' attitude. Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
