The role involves system administration, customization, user training, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline product lifecycle management (PLM) processes. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize FlexPLM to meet business requirements. Administer and maintain the FlexPLM system, ensuring optimal performance. Collaborate with teams to streamline PLM processes and ensure data integrity. Provide user training, support, and documentation for FlexPLM functionalities. Troubleshoot issues and deploy system updates and integrations. Perform system, integration, and UAT testing to validate configurations. Offer expertise in FlexPLM modules like Line Planning, BOM, Merchandising, Design, and Sourcing. Manage user accounts and access control (ACL) for the system. Skills & Experience: FlexPLM and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) expertise. Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, and SQL/PLSQL. Strong experience with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda), Jenkins, and Splunk. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js, JQuery). Experience in web services, JIRA, and Confluence. Ability to troubleshoot, deploy updates, and manage integrations. Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills. Qualifications: Proven experience with FlexPLM implementation and maintenance. Solid understanding of product lifecycle management processes. Experience in system integration, testing, and end-user support.
