The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, coaching teams, and driving Agile maturity across organizations. Key Responsibilities: Set up and enhance Agile Dojo practices to improve Agile adoption and delivery. Coach teams and leadership on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Facilitate hands-on learning sessions, workshops, and Agile rituals. Guide teams in continuous improvement, Agile best practices, and mindset shifts. Provide mentorship to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams. Assess Agile maturity and tailor coaching strategies accordingly. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as an Agile Coach with hands-on Agile Dojo experience. Expertise in Agile frameworks, scaling methodologies, and Agile transformation. Strong facilitation, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills. Experience coaching cross-functional teams and leadership. Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgile Certified Agile Coach) preferred.
