http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2188500&uid= Hi Contract Role : Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Architect Location: Jhonston, RI (Onsite) JD: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation: Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to create personalized customer journeys. Lead the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party systems for seamless data flow and enhanced customer experience. Architect solutions for email marketing, mobile messaging, social media integration, and other digital marketing channels within SFMC. Oversee the configuration and customization of SFMC to ensure it meets client needs. Solution Design & Architecture: Develop end-to-end marketing automation strategies and solutions, ensuring they align with client goals and industry best practices. Create scalable and sustainable solutions, considering marketing automation platforms, data architecture, API integrations, and other technical aspects. Define technical architecture, data models, and workflows for marketing processes, including segmentation, targeting, and customer journeys. Integration & Data Management: Work with the integration teams to ensure smooth integration between SFMC and other CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, 3rd-party systems). Implement robust data management practices, including data governance, cleansing, segmentation, and ensuring the integrity of marketing data. Oversee API integrations to automate data transfers between systems and improve campaign targeting. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of developers, consultants, and other stakeholders through the design and implementation phases of projects. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, marketing professionals, and executives, to gather requirements and define solution scope. Conduct technical training and workshops for internal teams and clients. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing clients with strategic direction on marketing automation capabilities. Understand client business objectives and use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design tailored solutions that drive marketing effectiveness. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization of campaigns to improve results. Best Practices & Documentation: Define and enforce best practices for SFMC implementation, including data management, email deliverability, journey mapping, and customer segmentation. Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation plans. Stay updated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud enhancements, features, and trends, integrating new capabilities as applicable. Required Skills and Experience: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: In-depth experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio. Strong understanding of the SFMC ecosystem, including integrations with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications. Technical Skills: Experience in setting up API integrations and data flows between SFMC and external systems. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and understanding of their integration with marketing automation tools. Solution Design & Architecture: Proven ability to design and architect scalable, efficient, and effective marketing automation solutions. Knowledge of data architecture, customer journey mapping, and segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns.
