The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to drive structure and accountability, and expertise in managing cross-functional teams. This role requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring programs stay on track, risks are managed, and objectives are successfully delivered. Key Responsibilities: 1. Program Leadership & Execution Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Establish and maintain program governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks to enable efficient execution. Coordinate across multiple teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, dependencies, and resource allocation. Track and monitor program progress, adjusting plans and strategies as needed to meet objectives. 2. Scope & Requirements Management Define and manage program scope, ensuring clarity and alignment with key stakeholders. Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess feasibility and drive execution against requirements. Manage changes effectively, balancing business needs with delivery capabilities. 3. Risk & Issue Management Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program success. Establish an early warning system to proactively manage potential issues. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption. 4. Stakeholder & Executive Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership, providing regular updates and insights. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program alignment and support. Communicate complex program details in a clear, concise manner, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. 5. Team Coordination & Execution Excellence Ensure teams have the necessary direction, tools, and support to execute successfully. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Optimize resources, ensuring the right skill sets are in place to meet program demands. Required Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of experience in Program Management or related roles. Strong expertise in program execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. Ability to simplify complexity, drive structure, and align multiple stakeholders. Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as needed. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications preferred. Experience in technology-driven programs, digital transformation, or enterprise initiatives. Prior experience with organizational change management.
