Support weekly Service Line Owner meetings by ensuring data quality for activity projects are documented by Project Management. Monitor and audit project controls and maintain portfolio/program quality metrics, including status, schedules, and financials. Audit project artifacts prior to submission for toll gate review. Review project resource allocation data to ensure alignment with statements of work. Necessary Skills: Proficiency in building PowerBI dashboards and utilizing PowerBI platforms. Strong data analysis skills to interpret and present data effectively. Knowledge of process and document audit practices to ensure compliance and quality. Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Power Automation and SharePoint. Ability to engage with and communicate effectively across multiple business units and functional areas. Exceptional productivity and reliability in getting the job done accurately and on time. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
