Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deployment and Stabilization Planning Specialist to support the successful implementation of Claims Center Cloud in a complex, multi-faceted environment. The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience with deployment and stabilization for cloud-based solutions, specifically related to Claims Center Cloud, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of services across various project, cloud, and client sides.

In this role, you will document, plan, and execute the essential steps for successful migration to the Claims Center Cloud. You will collaborate with both internal teams and clients to ensure all necessary processes, timelines, and resources are effectively coordinated for a seamless transition. This is a niche opportunity, requiring someone with prior experience in similar deployments, having ideally completed the process 1-2 times.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive deployment and stabilization plans for moving to Claims Center Cloud, covering all critical phases and stakeholders (Project, GW, and Client sides).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key steps, milestones, risks, and dependencies in the deployment and stabilization processes.

Document the steps involved in the migration and stabilization, ensuring clarity and thoroughness for all parties involved.

Assist in defining the deployment strategy, including timeline management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure proper preparation and alignment for successful implementation.

Provide post-deployment support to stabilize the environment, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed.

Create and maintain documentation for future reference, ensuring best practices are followed for ongoing deployments.

Communicate progress and updates to senior leadership and relevant teams.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (1-2 times) in planning and executing deployment and stabilization for cloud-based solutions, particularly related to Claims Center Cloud.

Strong understanding of the Claims Center Cloud platform and its deployment requirements.

Experience in coordinating and managing deployment processes across various teams (internal project teams, cloud teams, and client teams).

Ability to document complex processes and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to address deployment challenges proactively.

Prior experience working with GW (Guidewire) systems is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Certifications or training in cloud deployment methodologies, cloud infrastructure, or relevant Guidewire technologies.

Prior experience working in insurance or claims management systems.
