Thanks Scrum Master Location: San Antonio, TX - (Onsite from day 1) Duration: 6-12 months Ex-USAA Mandatory NEED LOCAL ONLY Key Responsibilities: Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies. Remove impediments to ensure teams can focus on their deliverables. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices. Track and report team progress, ensuring alignment with project goals. Guide teams in Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
