Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Developer/Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using the Workato platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration development, API management, and automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Workato. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop automation workflows. Configure and manage API integrations between various SaaS applications and enterprise systems. Optimize existing automation processes for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently. Maintain proper documentation for integrations and workflows. Stay updated with Workato best practices and new features. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in integration development, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Workato. Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs. Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Workato certification is a plus. Experience with ERP, CRM, or HRMS integrations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday). Understanding of data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes. Knowledge of SQL and database management.
