Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions. Lead the technical team in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps. Oversee development activities, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical recommendations. Ensure integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and enterprise systems. Drive CMDB and Discovery implementation, ensuring accurate asset and service mapping. Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure system stability and performance. Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Oversee system upgrades, security configurations, and compliance with IT governance policies. Maintain detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, development standards, and operational guidelines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Performance Analytics. Knowledge of Security Operations (SecOps) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) in ServiceNow. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Hands-on experience in ITOM and ITAM implementation. Role 2: ServiceNow Architect Duration: 6+ months CTH Location: Alpharetta, GA Rate: $75/hr Role Overview: The ServiceNow Solution Architect will design the overall architecture and ensure alignment with the customers business processes and technical requirements. This role includes governance and technical oversight of the implementation. Responsibilities: Understand business needs, define ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.), and map them to ServiceNow capabilities. Create and own the ServiceNow architecture design. Provide guidance on best practices, scalability, and extensibility. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical alignment. Evaluate integration requirements with third-party tools (Active Directory, monitoring tools, etc.). Validate customizations and workflows for compliance with customer requirements. Support in licensing and platform procurement discussions. Skills Required: 15+ years in ITSM implementation and architecture. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.). Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using APIs, MID servers, etc. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (preferred) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
