Hands-on experience configuring the IS-U system. Drive Business Workshops, Blueprint Sessions, develop BBPs/BBDs FS, Test Scenarios, conduct Trainings, perform Testing, and provide defect management support for Device Management module. Communicate complex requirements to and from Technical and Non-technical stakeholders Experience: Experience in setup of Org Structure, GL setup & Integration Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment Setup of Direct Debit Payments Strong Understanding of Dunning Process, Collection, Installment Plan Setup of Main & Sub transaction Experience in analyzing issue in Billing & Invoicing process Good Experience in Invoice Layout & Bill Print Integration with Billing & FICO Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment. Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives. Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
