Extensive experience in ServiceNow Discovery (Agentless & Agent-based). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications. Proficiency in JavaScript, XML and APIs ServiceNow Expertise : Discovery (must have), CMDB, ITOM Certifications : Certified Application Developer (nice to have), CIS in Discovery (nice to have) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
