Role: SAP Project Manager (Required Visa - only US s) Location: Houston, TX (hybrid) Duration: 12 + Months JD: The SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager will work for a team chartered with the deployment of SAP S/4 HANA . Duties include but may not be limited to: Creation of SAP S/4 HANA detailed project plans and schedules. Monitor, control Implementation Team and execution of the Team Plans and schedules, reporting issues, progress to Steering Committee. Refine and implement project related standards, templates, and procedures. Collaborate the cross-functional teams (Finance , Supply Chain and Plant Maintenance) to understand current state, future state landscape, organizational, master data and business processes and User requirements. Lead the solution design workshops, Build , test and Cutover and Hyper Care activities. Provide leadership, guidance, and support during management of the execution of Build and testing activities monitoring progress. Work with System Integrator and Business users to identify and develop necessary user training and user manuals. Work with System Integrator and Business process owners to understand training need and schedule the Train the Trainer sessions. Manage Deployment-related cutover, go-live and post go-live activities. Skills Focus on coordination, planning, metrics reporting, stakeholder alignment (SteerCo) for multi-workstream efforts. Primary focus being on SAP master data, configuration, and testing activities, User Training, Cutover, Go-live and Hypercare. Will be responsible for creating the Project Plan, Communication, and Test Plan. Agile Development methodologies/ Traditional ASAP Methodologies/ Waterfall methodologies. Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Ability to Collaborate and evaluate IT and Business challenges from a broad perspective. Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Strong client service attitude and good work ethic. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic Qualification: Overall 15+ years of IT experience in managing SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC project implementations and Strong background in project management and team leadership. Extensive experience in leading multiple full life-cycle SAP implementations. 10+ years of Project Management experience. Education and Certifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
