A key responsibility includes managing the Deputy Chief Finance Office (DCFO), an AWS-based centralized data repository that integrates financial data from upstream systems like Workday (via FRAS), CDH, JIRA, and HR into the Enterprise Data Lake (EDL). This data is stored in AWS S3 buckets and accessed through redshift spectrum for BI tools and Anaplan modules such as Admin Expense, Corporate Forecast, and Cost Allocation. The team supports automated data ingestion and integration for Anaplan, enhancing the FP&A data model to improve executive reporting and data quality. It also designs and maintains dashboards to streamline BUCFO key extracts (Admin Expense All scenarios, Enterprise Utilization, and 2000 to Date Admin Expense) through daily, quarterly and annual validation cycles.
Responsibilities

The project focused on migrating hey HR system data -including open requisitions from Smart Recruiters and employee information from HRFusion- into Workday, followed by integration with downstream systems such as DCFO and Anaplan. This initiative replaced the legacy data pipeline that previously routed data from HR Home to the Corporate Data Hub, introducing a more streamlined and centralized Workday-based architecture. The project aimed to enhance data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across enterprise platforms to support efficient HR operations and strategic planning.
Validated EmPowerHR data from Corporate Data Hub (CDH) in DCFO tables, including user profiles, payroll, timesheets, fringe, and blended rates. Compared attribute lengths and data types between ACPT and PROD environments
