Responsibilities: Working on Linux and Windows servers to support the end customers. Working on all 5 OpCo s like (AFI, Homesite, Connect, The General and MSA). Worked on multiple different assignments with American family insurance like cert renewal, host file elimination project, Horison re-architecture project. Working on Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) for doing the server builds and deployments. Blue and Green server deployments are also done via AAP in the same model. Migrating virtual linux servers to Google Cloud Platform. Configuring, managing and patching servers on a bi-weekly basis. Working on RHEL server versions 7.x, 8.x and 9.x. Fixing linux and windows servers vulnerabilities. Deploying packages on windows servers via SCCM. Doing on-call production support. I did F5 (network device) migration activity for nonprod and prod servers in Homesite project. Working on tools like ServiceNow, DataDog, Jira and Infoblox. Writing puppet and ansible scripts for application automation. Write Terraform scripts for GCP application based on the requirements. Working on Openshift for some of the applications in the environment. Managing the modern application servers on kubernetes and managing the pods on the application. Worked on Monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk and Nagios. In GCP we manage Compute Engine, VPC (network), IAM, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, App Engine and Cloud Funtion. Writing Terraform scripts to GCP environment and managing the infra like horizontal and vertical auto scaling. Have done complete automation on the cert renewal. Keywords: business intelligence ffive
